Come and visit our next Wellbeing Hub on Thursday 15 November 2018 from 11am–3pm, Library Square and Bancroft Building Ground Floor Foyer (Mile End Campus).
Get information on the student wellbeing services available to you at QMUL, GP registration, as well as advice on sexual health, drug and alcohol use, and staying safe and healthy while at university.
There will be a number of stalls for you to interact with, all with the aim to improve your wellbeing. A list of just some of the activities on offer :
- You will be able to get a free Meningitis ACWY vaccination at the Wellbeing Hub if you are students between 18 and 24 years and have not had it already. Meningitis Now will also be present to answer any questions you may have at their meningitis awareness stand.
- Free Sexual Health testing will also be available on the day.
- Tower Hamlets 24 Hour Mental Health Crisis Helpline (020 7771 5807) is open now for all that live, work and study in the borough. Come and find more about it with the Tower Hamlets team. They will be at the Wellbeing Hub from 11am - 2pm.
- We will also be promoting the National Alcohol Awareness week which is 19-25 November this year. Pick up a goodie bag from the RESET stand with alcohol awareness information and learn more about the 1-1 specialist drug and alcohol support at Queen Mary.
