Come and visit our Wellbeing Hub during Welcome Week 2019 on Wednesday 18th September 11am - 4pm and on Thursday 19th September 2019 from 10am – 4pm, outside the Graduate Centre (Mile End Campus).
Get information on the student wellbeing services available to you at Queen Mary, GP registration, as well as advice on sexual health, drug and alcohol use, and staying safe and healthy while at university.
There will be a number of stalls for you to interact with, all with the aim to improve your wellbeing. A list of just some of the activities on offer :
- You will be able to get a free Meningitis ACWY and Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccinations at the Wellbeing Hub if you are between 18 and 24 years and have not had them already. Meningitis Now and Meningitis Research Foundation will also be present to answer any questions you may have at their meningitis awareness stands.
- Registering with the Student Health Service on campus.
- Free Sexual Health testing will also be available on the day.
- Pick up a goodie bag from the RESET stand with drug and alcohol awareness information and learn more about the 1-1 specialist drug and alcohol support at Queen Mary.
