Two weeks of free wellbeing workshops and activities for Queen Mary Postgraduate Research (PGR) students that will encourage PGRs to look after their wellbeing across the 5 dimensions of wellness:

Wednesday 6th Feb Pilates, 12:15-13:00 in Qmotion Mind and Body studio (Mile End)

Thursday 7th Feb Zumba, 12:15-13:00 in Qmotion Active studio (Mile End)

Monday 11th Feb Pilates, 13:15-14:00 in Qmotion Mind and Body studio (Mile End)

Tuesday 12th Feb Cycle, 12:15-13:00 in Qmotion Spin studio (Mile End)

Thursday 7th Feb Volunteering stall, 11:00-14:00 in Mile End Library Ground Floor.

All the events are free but need to be booked in advance as places are limited.
